Star had a beautiful white coat, dark pigment and dark eyes. She had a personality that everyone loved.

Star took regular obedience and agility classes. She earned her Herding Instinct Certification with sheep and ducks. Star
was my first performance dog. She received her AKC CD in three consecutive shows with three third places. She also
received her UKC CD in three consecutive shows taking a 1st, 2nd and another 1st.

Star was always the one that acted like she didn’t do a thing wrong when something happened. She was always the
innocent one. She was my clown and if she could get out of getting into trouble and passing it on to her nieces she
would. She would sit there as proud as could be and look at them and then look at the mess on the floor or look at them
like “why are you running around the house like that, you know better.” When in fact she was the one that helped with the
mess or was the one that kept them running around the house. Then if she heard someone coming she’d sit there like
she didn’t have anything to do with it.

Star was my cuddle buddy. She wasn’t much for cuddling up on the couch but at bedtime she loved to cuddle and give kisses.

Star left us in January of 2006. Her presence is missed and I miss looking into that smiling, loving face and seeing those
big beautiful ears. She will always be in my heart and she will always be my “Star Baby”!!
